Betafit specialise in quality innovative PPE ‘above the neck’ with a range of approximately 150 products.
We get products specified by end users and sell through a distributor network across the UK.
The Customer Experience Executive is the first voice our customers hear. You will be at the front line of everything – answering calls, processing orders, and making sure every request is handled with care and speed. We want someone who is positive, highly organised, and genuinely loves helping people.
Duties
- First point of contact for all incoming calls – warm, professional, and knowledgeable.
- Process all customer and distributor orders accurately through system (Odoo).
- Manage all sample requests for the Sales team – coordinating dispatch and follow-up.
- Process helmet UV digital print requests – confirming artwork, approvals, and deadlines.
- Handle POD requests, backorder updates, and stock availability queries.
- Proactively request Trustpilot reviews following positive orders and interactions.
- Write up call notes and actions for the Sales Director and log accurately in Pipedrive CRM.
- Sort and respond to routine email enquiries, escalating where appropriate.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Director and Sales team.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Exceptional phone manner – warm, confident, and people-focused.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive – a genuine “get it done” attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Pipedrive advantageous) and Microsoft Office.
- Discreet and professional with customer and business information.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
