Bede’s Close is a welcoming residential service providing round‑the‑clock care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are proud of the positive, person‑centred environment we create, where individuals are supported to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers, ideally with experience and training in PMVA (or an equivalent approach), who want a role where no two days are the same and your work truly matters.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of daily life at Bede’s Close. You’ll support individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks, while also helping them manage finances and maintain daily records. Most importantly, you’ll enable people to get out into the community, build confidence, and take part in activities that bring them joy.
The people we support have a wide range of interests and aspirations, and you’ll play a vital role in encouraging choice, independence, and personal growth. Whether it’s supporting someone to develop life skills, try new activities, or enjoy their favourite pastimes, your contribution will make a genuine difference every day.
If you’re passionate about supporting others, value teamwork, and want a rewarding role where you can see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
