Cleaning Operative (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaning operative to join our team in Long Eaton.
This is a part-time role totalling 3 hours per week, ideal for someone looking for a small, consistent role alongside other commitments.
Working pattern:
- 2 hours every Thursday morning
- 1 hour on a Friday evening (or can be completed over the weekend – Saturday or Sunday)
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy office environment to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Working independently and managing your time effectively
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and confidentiality.
