We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly driven Sales Negotiator to join an entrepreneurial team in the flagship Empire Estates Willesden Green office.

An attractive basic salary of £17,000 - £20,000 + 10% commission on all deals.

The role of the Senior Sales Negotiator includes:

Arranging and conducting viewings

Building a rapport with potential clients and buyers

Closing deals effectively
-
Being responsible for your own admin

Promoting and expanding the estate agents

Working to a targets and strict deadlines under pressure

Working on your own initiative as well as part of a team
All applicants must:

Have a Full UK Driving Licence

Being based locally and familiar with local area would help.
