We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and motivating Head Coach to join our new F45 Training studio. We are currently targeting a September opening, subject to final project timelines and approvals.
As an additional benefit, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to attend paid F45 training and onboarding on the 23rd July. Attendance is not mandatory, but it will provide valuable hands-on experience, exposure to the F45 coaching methodology, and an opportunity to get involved ahead of our planned September launch.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
- Manage and support the coaching rota
- Help develop and motivate the coaching team
- Support membership retention and member experience
- Help create a positive, community-led team-training environment
- Assist the management team in ensuring the studio operates at a high standard
- Lead F45 Challenge programmes and member accountability
- Support studio growth, sales and community events
About You
- Genuine love of fitness and helping people achieve their goals
- Experience in personal training and group training
- Confident, energetic and motivating coaching style
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable sharing ideas to support studio growth and success
- Ambitious and keen to progress into studio management
- Knowledge of F45 is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to deliver atmospheric, high-energy classes for members
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (required)
- Valid First Aid at Work certification (preferred)

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
