We are recruiting a Non-Clinical Pathway Auditor to work on the Pan HUC contract in Hertfordshire.

To undertake effective call audits to ensure compliance and effective use of the NHS Pathways system and continually improve the quality of the 111 service.
The Auditors will work together with the Quality & Improvement Leads, to ensure that Health and Service Advisors are fully supported in their roles and monthly audits are completed in line with CCG and Pathways license requirements.
