As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care where required, carry out regular welfare checks, maintain accurate records, and respond calmly and appropriately to any needs or emergencies that arise during your shift.
This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference, helping the people we support to feel safe, comfortable and well cared for during the night.
