We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the packing and assembly of products for a range of clients, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work as part of a fast‑paced production environment where teamwork and consistency really matter.

Day to Day

Operating packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets

Preparing, labelling, and packaging products according to customer specifications

Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity

Following safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the shift

Reporting issues or defects to supervisors promptly

Supporting changeovers between product runs, including cleaning and setup

Working collaboratively with team members to keep production flowing smoothly
What will you bring?

Previous experience in a production or packing environment would be advantageous

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks

Ability to follow instructions and work to standards
