Responsibilities:
- Review CVs and applications to find candidates who match job requirements.
- Contact candidates by phone, email, and online platforms to discuss available opportunities.
- Complete initial screening calls to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Register new candidates and keep their information accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
- Support with writing and posting job adverts to attract suitable applicants.
- Create candidate profiles and prepare CVs to send to employers.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and employers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates.
- Collect interview feedback and support candidates through the next steps.
- Assist with candidate onboarding by collecting required documents and information.
- Update recruitment systems and trackers with candidate progress.
The role will be supporting and working with a team of recruitment consultants in the day to day running of the agency and will give the candidate a solid and rounded apprenticeship with a view to a permanent position within the business.
