We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Supervise children during daily routines, including playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Build strong communication channels with parents and guardians to share progress and address concerns effectively
- Lead and support team members by sharing best practices in childcare and early childhood education
- Observe and assess individual children’s needs, documenting progress and tailoring activities accordingly
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as attendance records, activity planning, and compliance documentation
Skills
- Proven skills within a childcare or nursery setting
- Extensive experience working with children in early childhood environments
- Strong understanding of childcare principles, early childhood education standards, and child development stages
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence
