Carisma Catering is a catering and hospitality staffing company working across London and Essex. We provide both food catering and professional front-of-house staff for a wide range of events including private parties, weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional hospitality staff who are comfortable with both waiting and bartending duties. Our ideal candidate is confident speaking with guests, able to create a warm atmosphere when appropriate, and capable of staying focused and efficient during busy periods and peak service.
Our shifts usually have a laidback and enjoyable atmosphere, but we also expect high standards of service, teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Serving food and drinks to guests
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Setting up and clearing down event spaces
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Providing attentive and professional customer service
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth event operations
Experience
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, especially in waiting or bartending roles, but not essential.
We are also happy to consider candidates with little or no experience if they show:

Training and guidance can be provided to the right candidates.
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
