Join our award winning private dental practice as a Dental Receptionist, where you’ll be the welcoming face and voice that sets the tone for our patients’ experiences!
This role is specifically for Saturdays, therefore regular Saturday availability is essential. We are looking for someone reliable, confident and personable who is committed to working Saturdays and can provide an exceptional level of customer service.
In this vital role, you will manage the front desk operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our patients. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help create a positive atmosphere, making each visit memorable. If you’re passionate about patient care and have a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage patient records
- Complete general admin tasks
- Process payments
- Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and documentation review
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate care plans and enhance patient service
- Make daily instagram/TikTok content for the practice (you will be required to appear in videos published online)
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable
- Alternatively front of house/customer service experience will boost your application
- Reliable and able to commit to working Saturdays
