What You'll Be Doing
- Hold CQC registration as Registered Manager, accountable for compliance under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Single Assessment Framework
- Own care quality and safety — safeguarding, care planning, risk, medication and incidents
- Lead the operational team — coordinators, team leaders and carers
- Manage capacity, rotas and continuity as hours scale toward 1,000/week
- Build relationships with clients, families, local authorities and commissioners
- Keep the service audit- and inspection-ready at all times
- Help open our new Leicestershire office
What We're Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent/working towards)
- Experience as a Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up, in domiciliary/home care
- Solid knowledge of CQC regulation and the Single Assessment Framework
- Calm, organised leadership that builds capable teams under pressure
- Right to work in the UK; willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and CQC fit person requirements
