Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated Driver Support Workers to support individuals with a range of complex needs across Lincoln.
This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and confidence supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours.

The role may involve supporting individuals who experience emotional dysregulation, behaviours of concern, high-risk situations, anxiety, trauma responses, and mental health crises. A calm, trauma-informed and non-reactive approach is essential.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience supporting individuals with ASD, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions, or complex care needs
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and person-centred support
- Experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Good de-escalation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong professional boundaries and a consistent approach
- Experience with personal care where required
- A Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- A genuine passion for helping people live independently
- Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence and choice
- Support with personal care where required
- Assist with medication administration
- Support daily living tasks including cooking, cleaning and appointments
- Encourage community access and social inclusion
- Follow support plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans
- Accurately complete documentation and records
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
