Senior Client Services Consultant
We are looking to add new Senior Business Consultants to help grow our Client Services Department. This role is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.
The role requires great communicators, who are determined, motivated and those who will thrive in a sociable and hard-working environment. Also, someone who is looking to take the next step up in their property career. Extensive initial training and constant on the job training are provided.

Role of a Senior Business consultant:
· Proactively maintaining contact with clients
· Identifying new business
· Generating appointments for office Directors
· Working with office Directors to build a strategy to win business
· Desire to grow with the team to assistant/manager level
Benefits and Salary:
· Competitive basic salary of £25k to £28k depending on experience
· OTE of £38k+ in year 1 and £40k-£45K+ in year 2
· Quarterly events
· 20 days annual leave plus birthday and bank holidays
· Monday-Friday
· Central London location

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
