Fence Installer – Premium Fencing Company | Guernsey
£18–£25 per hour depending on experience
Full-time employed position | 40–50 hours per week | Overtime available
Guernsey Fence Co is a rapidly growing premium fencing company delivering some of the highest quality fencing and gate installations on the island.
We specialise in high-end residential fencing and gates, with a strong reputation for professionalism, efficiency and customer experience. Demand for our work continues to grow rapidly and we are now looking for an experienced Fence Erector to join the team.

The Role
You will mainly be involved in:
- premium residential fencing installations
- gate installations
- working within 2-man teams
- larger team projects when required
- maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism on site
Each morning begins with a full run-through from the directors before heading to site.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in fencing, carpentry, groundwork or a related trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, hard-working and professional
- Friendly and respectful with customers and team members
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and good energy
A digger licence is beneficial but not essential. We are happy to assist the right candidate in obtaining this qualification.
