We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Cottesmore Hotel, Golf & Country Club.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we continue to develop our Food & Beverage department. We're investing in our people, raising standards and creating memorable experiences for every member, guest and visitor.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the team on shift, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our high standards are maintained across all areas of the department.

About the Role
You'll supervise the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage department, working across our restaurant, bar, terrace, weddings, conferences and events.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude and can inspire those around them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Ensure members and guests receive a warm, friendly welcome.
- Supervise service across the restaurant, bar, weddings, conferences and events.
- Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the department.
- Train, coach and motivate team members.
- Ensure customer-facing areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain company standards, policies and procedures.
- Lead by example and help create a positive team culture.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive, hands-on approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High standards and great attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- A desire to learn, develop and help others succeed.
