Hydro Arabia Water & Engineering Solutions Ltd is looking for a Utilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of utility and infrastructure services while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. What you'll do:
- Supervise daily utility and engineering operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate operational activities, maintenance schedules, and field teams.
- Monitor the performance of utility systems and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and asset management activities.
- Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and service documentation.
- Monitor resource allocation, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on utility operations, engineering practices, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in utilities, engineering, operations, facilities, maintenance, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of utility operations, infrastructure services, or engineering processes is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £3,800.00-£5,300.00 per month
