The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.
We have some great opportunities in our Bristol bakery located at Boxmakers Yard in Bristol.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily production of goods, including, viennoiserie, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
There are a number positions within our bakery allowing for career progression and development including Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef.
If you are looking to broaden your skill set, enhance and fine tune the art of Pastry making including some bread production then we would love to hear from you.
We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day, starting from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role.
