Position: Morning Cleaner
Location: Educational setting, Westhoughton BL5 2
Hours: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Hourly rate - £12.71 per hour
Role Overview:
Advanced Deep Clean LTD are looking to welcome a cleaning operative to their team, initially on a temporary basis. We require a candidate who will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and clients. This role is ideal for someone dedicated, reliable, and proud of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas thoroughly (floors, surfaces, windows, fixtures)
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Dispose of waste responsibly
- Report maintenance issues or hazards
- Complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred; training provided
- Good English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness standards
- Valid driving licence preferred but not essential
- DBS check required (current or willing to undertake)
- Willingness to cover holidays if needed
