Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and specialised treatments tailored to client needs.
- Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices to develop their skills and confidence.
- Upsell products and services effectively while ensuring clients receive personalised recommendations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service delivery.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative styling options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a comprehensive portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in styling techniques and at least 6 years experience ideally.
- Certification or qualification in hairdressing recognised within the industry.
- Proficiency in customer service with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively.
