Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Grow and develop an existing customer base by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Clarity's portfolio of telecommunications, connectivity and mobile.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, developing a thorough understanding of their business objectives, operational requirements and future plans.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing proactive account management and ensuring customer issues/faults are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular customer account reviews to identify opportunities for service improvements, contract renewals and additional solutions.
- Keep customers informed of new products, services and industry developments that could benefit their business.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue and customer retention.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Provisioning and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation through to ongoing support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and contract renewals, negotiating commercial agreements that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while maximising profitability.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities and account activity within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets and contribute to the overall success of the Account Management team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and recommending solutions that support their business growth.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Account Management, Business Development or Sales role is essential. Experience within the telecommunications or IT industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with customers.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in handling customer queries, faults, objections and complaints, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Customer Support and Technical teams.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
