As an Operations Team Member within our Express Operations division, your responsibilities will encompass several key operational tasks that contribute to our service excellence:
- Manage and ensure compliance with all clearance procedures for courier imports, adhering to regulatory and company standards to facilitate timely shipment processing.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by responding promptly to inquiries, handling calls professionally, and resolving any servicing issues with care and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed tracking and tracing of inbound shipments, providing updates, and proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies to guarantee transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate freedom shipments efficiently, ensuring correct documentation and processing to support seamless customs clearance.
- Address and resolve station problem queues diligently to minimize operational bottlenecks and maintain workflow continuity.
- Clear any outstanding shipments expediently, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and avoid shipment backlog.
The role also requires a collaborative mindset to work across departments, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and upholding Aramex's commitment to operational excellence.
