The Caviar Butler provides an ultra-luxury, immersive dining experience. We are looking for a meticulous, polished, and proactive Event Coordinator to act as the "right hand" to our founder and event Butlers, ensuring every event is executed with flawless precision and elegance.
The Role
This is a hybrid role of logistics and luxury service. You will be the engine behind the experience, ensuring the Butler can focus entirely on the guests. Your responsibilities include:
- Prep & Presentation: Preparing the Butler’s uniform, specialised caviar equipment to a pristine standar, and basic food buying and prep before each event.
- Logistics: Transporting equipment and the Butler to venues across London.
- The Setup: Creating the "theatre" of the event—setting up high-end displays and ensuring the environment is perfect.
- The Clean-Up: Discretely packing away the setup and ensuring all equipment is cleaned, packed, and stored correctly.
- European Support: Joining the team for exclusive events across Europe.
