We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work flexible hours in a fast paced logistics company.
Role responsibilities include:
- Transport and dispatch responsibility in a Biopharma Logistics company
- Handle import/export/same day distribution
- Take on challenges
- Quick learner, ambitious, highly organised and efficient
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organisation and management of customer accounts
- Maintaining communication with customers and agents
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Ability to build rapport with potential new clients
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information
Person specifications:
We need someone who can work full time and flexible hours when required, works well in a team and punctual.
As this is an entry-level position, no previous experience is necessary
