Wealden Services Ltd is a leading provider of commercial Cleaning Services and Grounds Maintenance across London, Surrey, Kent and surrounding areas. With a reputation for reliability, quality and strong operational standards, we support a wide range of commercial clients and continue to grow year on year.
We are now looking for an adaptable and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team. This is a broad, multi-functional role supporting several key areas of the business — including HR, Business Compliance, and Fleet Management — with scope to expand into wider business support as the company evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across multiple business functions, supporting day‑to‑day activity and long‑term company needs:
HR & People Support
- Managing HR records, onboarding, DBS checks and training compliance.
- Supporting internal communication and employee documentation.
Business Compliance & Administration
- Assisting with audits, compliance tracking and operational documentation.
- Helping maintain accurate processes and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
Fleet Coordination
- Managing vehicle servicing schedules, MOTs and insurance documentation.
- Ensuring the fleet remains compliant, safe and fully operational.
General Business Support
- Providing cross‑departmental assistance where needed.
- Supporting senior management with administrative and project-based tasks.
- Helping improve internal processes and overall business efficiency.
This role is intentionally broad, offering the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations or business support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage varied responsibilities.
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Someone proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in HR, compliance or fleet coordination is beneficial but not essential.
