We are a leading Water Cooler company who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician / Engineer to join our team. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with field / technical experience to progress within a national company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
· Ensure scheduled cleaning & repairs are completed
· Field based role - Customer facing position
· Clients include: Gyms, Spas, Hospitality, Offices, Healthcare and Educational premises
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
· Relevant Field Service Engineering experience: For example a background within White Goods / Coffee / Vending
· Strong hands on technical skills
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
· Full Driver’s Licence
Benefits Package:
· Basic salary: £26,419
· 40hr working week, 8.30am – 5pm
· Monday - Friday (no weekend work - voluntary with overtime paid)
