This is a physically active role where you'll be on your feet as a visible presence and the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience.
You will be responsible for the presentation and effective operation of office spaces, brew hubs, stationery hubs, meeting rooms, event spaces, collaboration areas, assisting with Food Service, and hosting building tours – ranging from schools to company executives.

What you'll do:

Be a friendly and professional first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors

Respond promptly to service requests and incoming communications

Be the first point of contact for the reporting of maintenance issues and trouble shoot or liaise with 3rd party contractors to resolve

Support and deliver engaging site tours, including hosting visits for pupils from local schools, helping to showcase the workplace and build community connections

Ensuring Tea/Coffee Machines in Vending hubs are stocked and operating issues reported
-
AV troubleshooting in meeting rooms, events set up

Maintain clean, organised and inviting spaces across meeting rooms, communal areas and reception spaces

Working in Food Service Areas, serving customers at Till points or serving delicious hot and cold foods

Proactively monitor and report Health & Safety matters
-
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience
-
Be willing to be Cross trained to support a variety of areas of the operation
What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a similar role or a hospitality, retail or hotel background
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
-
Comfortable with engaging with members of the public including school children
