Fitasylum is seeking an experienced fitness industry professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, developing future Personal Trainers and helping learners build successful careers within the health and fitness industry.
As part of a successful Ofsted-inspected training provider recognised for the quality of its provision, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, practical and industry-relevant learning experiences that prepare learners for rewarding careers within the fitness sector.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring learning experiences across:
· Level 2 Gym Instructor
· Level 3 Personal Training
Delivery takes place predominantly on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, with planning, learner support, marking, curriculum development and associated duties completed throughout the week.
You will support learners throughout their journey, helping them develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required to become successful fitness professionals.
The role will involve travel to delivery venues across the Northwest.
Essential Requirements
· Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
· Recognised Teaching Qualification (AET, CET, DET or equivalent)
· Current fitness industry experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
Desirable Requirements
· Level 4 Fitness Qualification
Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification
