Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and creative Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for nail artistry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a relaxing, high-quality AC salon environment. Ideally you are a master in nail art. Our salon is praised for its cleanliness and fresh air which our nail technicians appreciate.
Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including gel and BIAB treatments.
- Shape nails, provide cuticle care, and offer high-quality nail art designs.
- Keep up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest level of hygiene and precision.
Customer Service & Client Care
- Provide a welcoming and luxurious experience for clients.
- Advise clients on nail care, treatments, and suitable products.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Salon Standards & Teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and productive team environment.
- Adhere to salon policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Nail Technician.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-tier customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity, particularly in nail art.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional salon setting.
