Blue Sky Enabling has an exciting job opportunity for 2 experienced Support Workers in Trowbridge and surrounding areas. For this role you MUST:
- hold a manual driving license
- have a DBS on the online update service
- be elligible to work in the UK (we are not offering sponsorships with this role)
- willing to work at least every other weekend
Shifts will be based in each individual's home where you will be working with females who access support. Shifts are 24hr including sleep-in based on the rota with an expectation that you will work a minumum of 2 shifts a week. You will be working independently in a person-centred way, supporting a females with additional needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence.
As part of our collaborative teams, you will be supporting each person to live a life of their own choosing, whilst providing them with clear guidance in accordance with their individual support plans and PBSPs.
You will support to engage in appropriate community activities, do shopping, go out to cafés, have fun and participate in indoor and outdoor leisure activities. You will encourage and support them to maintain a healthy diet and will promote their health and wellbeing. Whilst also supporting them to manage their household. You will enable them to live full and active lives, respecting issues around capacity to make their own individual decisions, equality and dignity.
You will be supported to maintain training relevant to this role.

Pay: £245.65 per day
