Boasting 84 elegantly appointed rooms, two versatile meeting spaces, including our Regency Suite, alongside a refined restaurant and bar, we deliver timeless charm, exceptional service, and locally inspired cuisine.
The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Reservationist to support our reservations operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences from the first point of contact.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle all individual and group reservations enquiries, confirmations, and amendments with accuracy and professionalism.

Deliver exceptional guest service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all interactions are warm, efficient, and aligned with brand standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.

Collaborate with the Meetings & Events and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Input and manage bookings within the property management system, ensuring accurate records and billing.

Support the Reservations & Events Manager in driving occupancy and revenue through upselling opportunities and yield management.

Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to help improve booking trends and guest satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone with:

A strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably within hospitality or travel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset.

A high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, adaptable attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
