World Fuel is seeking an experienced aviation professional to manage onsite operations and customer engagement within our Business Aviation Services team.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role based at the airport, where you will act as the central point of coordination for flight support services, vendor relationships, and customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless operational experience while supporting commercial growth across the region.

Coordinate flight planning, slot management, and trip support services for key customers

Act as the primary onsite liaison between customers, FBOs, and airport service providers

Oversee delivery of services for inbound flights arranged by global teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high service standards

Meet and support customers onsite, providing a high-touch, service-driven experience

Identify and introduce opportunities to expand services and support commercial growth

Support fuel order coordination and ensure efficient execution of transactions

Represent sales teams onsite, assisting with client engagement and relationship management

Contribute to continuous improvement of operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

Experience within an aviation operations or airport-based environment

Strong understanding of business aviation operations and trip support services

Strong understanding of commercial, cargo and military operations and trip support services

Exposure to requirements across multiple aircraft types (business, commercial, cargo, and military aviation preferred)

Experience supporting international flight operations across multiple regions

Proven ability to manage customer and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment

Business awareness with a demonstrated ability to support revenue-generating activities

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work onsite and adapt to operational schedules

Extensive knowledge of greater local region and surrounding airports
