As a growing, Ofsted-registered provider of children’s homes in North London, we support young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) through trauma-informed care and unwavering commitment. Now, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead at one of our high-performing homes.

What You’ll Do
This is your opportunity to truly lead. You’ll take full ownership of the home, bringing your expertise and passion to:
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellence
- Manage referrals, care plans, and safeguarding with precision and care
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory frameworks
- Champion a trauma-informed approach that places children’s needs at the heart of every decision
- Participate in on-call rota (£50/day, minimum 7 days per month = £350/week)
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (with flexibility)
Who You Are
- You bring at least 2 years’ experience managing EBD children’s homes
- You have a strong track record with Ofsted
- You hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Your leadership style is steady, compassionate, and focused on outcomes
