What You'll Do
Recruitment is fast-paced, competitive and rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify and attract top talent
- Speak to businesses about their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Build your own market and client base
- Develop into a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant

Your First 3 Months: Our Global Recruitment Training Programme
You won’t be thrown onto a desk on day one and expected to figure it all out yourself.
For your first 3 months, you’ll join our structured Global Recruitment Training Programme, working directly with our Co-Founder, Kirk Evans.
You’ll receive hands-on training and gain exposure to recruitment across:
You’ll learn how recruitment works across different markets, industries and cultures, while developing the skills you need to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
And then?
Once you’ve completed the programme, we won’t simply put you into a random team.
We’ll look at your strengths, personality, skill set and the markets where you have the greatest opportunity to succeed. From there, you’ll join the Nter Talent team and market that best suits you.

Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Brussels, New York, Atlanta and Austin, as well as locations across the UK and Ireland.
