The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you'll be representing our clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across Manchester and surrounding areas.
This role combines office-based training and development with a field-based element, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
- Engage with prospective customers and promote products and services
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Assist with customer acquisitions and campaign growth
- Learn sales, marketing, and communication techniques
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development workshops
