Overview
We are seeking Bar Staff to join our bar team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will care about delivering memorable experiences, possess a friendly demeanour, and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
- Prepare and present a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stock rotation and restocking supplies
- Take orders accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering queries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in setting up event spaces or special promotions as required
- Follow responsible serving practices to promote safety and minimise alcohol-related incidents
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing demands
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: £12.21-£13.54 per hour
