This position is based at a client’s industrial site in the Wrexham Industrial Estate area. The client’s identity and precise site address will be provided to suitable candidates during the recruitment process.
Applicants should live within approximately one hour’s drive of the LL13 area and have reliable transport, as the site may not be easily accessible by public transport at the required working times.
Field Operative:
£13.75–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Short Term 6-month Contract (Potential to extend to permanent) Minimum 40 paid hours

CCS Group is a fast-growing specialist industrial cleaning company delivering demanding projects at industrial and commercial sites throughout the UK.
We are looking for a practical experienced individual able to work safely and reliably on time.
Previous industrial cleaning experience is not essential. We will provide training in our specialist cleaning methods, equipment and working practices. We are particularly interested in people with transferable experience from construction, trades, engineering, maintenance, utilities, drainage, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or the Armed Forces.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role—not an office-position. £13.75–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 paid hours every week
- Opportunity of additional hours to 50 - 60
- Initial Six-month fixed term contract
- Five shifts may be scheduled within each Saturday-to-Friday working week, with schedules notified in advance
- Occasional nightshift and weekend working may be required
- Often home at weekends, subject to project requirements

As a Field Operative
What we are looking for
Essential:
As a Field Operative, you are responsible for carrying out hands-on industrial cleaning work at our client site. You are the face of the company in the field, expected to perform high-quality cleaning tasks safely, efficiently, and professionally. This includes working with cleaning equipment and chemicals, following site-specific instructions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in challenging environments. You’ll also be expected to follow health & safety procedures, communicate effectively with team leaders or field managers, and represent the business in a respectful and customer-focused manner.
Preferred:
· Previous industrial cleaning experience is not essential. We will provide training in our specialist cleaning methods, equipment and working practices. We are particularly interested in people with transferable practical experience from construction, trades, engineering, maintenance, utilities, drainage, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or the Armed Forces.
Desirable:
You do not need to hold every listed qualification. We will consider candidates with the right practical experience and provide appropriate training and certification
