At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a ERP Change Manager to join our team, initially on a 2 year fixed term contract.
This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our IT Team.
As an ERP Change Manager, you will lead the change management workstream for the implementation of Infor LN ERP, driving the adoption of standardised, digital business processes across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you'll play a key role in transforming legacy ways of working into efficient, ERP-led operations within a world-class manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing
-
Lead the change management strategy for the implementation of Infor LN ERP, driving the adoption of standardised business processes across the organisation.
-
Partner with operational leaders to embed new ways of working and ensure successful workforce adoption.
-
Deliver practical change initiatives across shopfloor and business functions, replacing legacy manual processes with efficient, ERP-led operations.
-
Build strong relationships with leaders, employees and change champions to drive engagement and manage resistance to change.
-
Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments to support testing, cutover and successful go-live.
-
Oversee role-based training, coaching and post-implementation support to build capability and confidence.
-
Monitor adoption, measure success through key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement to ensure lasting business change.
About You
-
Proven experience leading change management across multiple ERP implementations, ideally in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
-
Hands-on experience with Infor LN implementations or comparable manufacturing ERPs.
-
Demonstrable success delivering fit-to-standard ERP transformations, not bespoke-led solutions.
-
Experience transforming organisations with long-standing manual, paper-based, or legacy practices.
-
Experience operating at shopfloor and operational level, not only at leadership or programme layer.
-
Change Management Practitioner accreditation (APMG, PROSCI or similar).
As well as having the skills, knowledge and experience for this role, we are also looking for someone who embodies our core values: Customer Focus; Working Together; Trust & Respect; Quality & Innovation and Safety & Wellbeing.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We offer flexibility in our start and finish times between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 – 18:00.
