Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff to ensure adherence to standards of excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures, to optimise profitability.
