Ice Cream Van Driver & Server – £13.50/hr + Bonuses

Whip It Like Weber LTD is looking for fun, reliable and confident people to join our growing team for the busy 2026 season. With over 10 years in business and a fleet of 9 vans, we attend parks, schools, football grounds, dessert nights, events and busy locations across Essex & Suffolk.
This is not your average driving job — every day is different.
You will be:
- Driving and serving from our modern ice cream vans Serving desserts, ice cream and customer favourites Travelling to busy locations and events Occasionally featured on our TikTok/social media Talking with customers and creating a fun atmosphere Keeping your van clean, stocked and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and confident personality Reliable and punctual Good customer service skills Comfortable working independently Full UK driving licence required Must be aged 21+ for insurance purposes
