Hula was established in 2007 and since then it has grown to become a cornerstone of healthy eating in Scotland. Smoothies, Açai bowls, wraps, coffees & coffees again! We aim to be a healthy working place for our team and a fun place to be!
We’re looking for a front of house Supervisor who believes in the power of people and coffee to make someone’s day. In addition to being talented and hardworking, you will be a positive influence on the team while supervising a shift. You are a problem solver, quick thinker and likes challenges!
Working closely with the General manager and the kitchen supervisor in managing everything from standards and efficiency to your team’s happiness.
We want you to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on someone's day.
The ideal YOU:
- STRONG Barista experience - you are passionate about coffee. You have knowledge about coffee grains, coffee machine, grinder and you make the best latte art
-Supervisor experience- you are able to run smooth shifts and lead the team (you'll also be training people)
- Waitress/ter experience, you know how to look after our customers as this is our top priority and should be yours too, our aim is that everyone should leave hula happier than when they came in - we aim to delight our customers!
- You are easy to get along and has a can do, positive and responsible attitude - your glass is literally half full *hey we are Edinburgh's first smoothie bar, after all!"
- You are organised and knows how to keep on top of tasks
- You are happy to pitch in whenever and wherever you're needed no matter how big or small the task is– we think BIG here!
- You work creatively and is always wanting to grow
