Eastfield Residential Home is a small, homely service supporting up to 25 residents who have mental health conditions.
We are looking for a maintenance operative who has proven record of skills that can fulfill this role and who can work 15 hours per week over 3 days. Would suit someone who has taken early retirement or is semi retired.
The right candidate will be assertive and able to use their own initiative providing support to the home in a number of capacities, these include:
- general maintenance and repairs around the home
- minor electrical and plumb works
- painting and decorating
- routine testing and compliance that is required under legislation for the care sector
The candidate will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references.
