Duties and responsibilities
· Carry out agreed care plans (including personal and physical care) and maintain records as
required
· Works in accordance with company policies and procedures
· Comply with company requirements on Health and Safety, confidentiality, equal
opportunities etc., at all times relating any issues or concerns to a line manager immediately
· Contribute to the review process of individual service users, assisting in the preparation of reports as required
· Assists people in the planning and preparation of meals and snacks in accordance with agreed care plans and company policies
· Undertake general domestic tasks or assists people in the performance of domestic tasks such as bedmaking, cleaning, laundry etc
· Assist in the instruction and training in areas of daily living skills
· Assist people to deal with behavioural difficulties or vulnerabilities
· Undertake administrative tasks associated with those duties
· Maintains knowledge and understanding of the post by completing all mandatory training for the job role and attending any specific training identified to help improve your skills
In this role you are required to speak English with sufficient fluency to effectively perform your duties and complete written reports, as required by Section 42 of the Immigration Act 2016.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
