An established and reputable property maintenance company based in Manchester City Centre is seeking five experienced Painters to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, reliable professionals looking for consistent work and long-term security.
Role Overview:
The successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out painting works across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a skilled painter capable of working independently and maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- General painting works for end of tenancy properties (occupied and vacant).
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in the painting industry.
- Own tools and van (travel time between jobs is condensed to no more than 5 miles a day).
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Contract & Pay:
- Self-employed position
- 12-month contract provided for added security
- Salary: £34,000 per annum
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Wage reviews every 3 months
