This is a hands-on and varied role, where strong kitchen skills are essential. Twelve Twenty is part of the East Street Pub Company, a family-run business, offering a supportive, close-knit team environment with a clear vision and pride in what we do.
The Role
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and serving dishes to specification and consistently high standards
- Maintaining excellent kitchen performance during busy services
- Taking responsibility for food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness
- Working efficiently to deliver outstanding food in a respectable timeframe
- Using initiative and contributing positively to the team

The Skills
- Previous chef or cooking experience
- Experience in a similar role or operation is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Great attention to detail and food presentation
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- A people person who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
