LandCruise Motorhome Hire owns the largest selection of motorhome and campervan rental vehicles on the South Coast. We hire out vehicles for holidays, festivals, and sports events throughout the UK and Europe. We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for our busy office in Chichester, West Sussex. The position can be either full or part time.
The focus will be to look after our customers throughout the booking & hire process plus provide administrative support to our office and workshop.
Duties include:
Motorhome hire and workshop administration.
Handle inbound customer enquiries
Process documents for the hire through our CRM system.
Welcome visitors to our office
Schedule workshop appointments
The successful candidate will need to:
100% accurate in all administrative tasks.
Be a thoroughly hard-working and flexible individual.

Have a proven track record in administration and/or customer service..
Have the communication skills to deal with customers on a daily basis.
For full time positions: Be able to work Saturdays and bank holidays when required (due to the nature of the tourism industry). The office is open 6 days a week. Saturdays are covered on a rotational basis.
For part time positions: Flexibility is available on working hours .
Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
