The Role
As part of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver quality homemade pub food and excellent service in a busy but welcoming environment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting busy lunch and evening services
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Managing stock and keeping the kitchen organised
- Working independently and as part of a close knit team
- Helping us continue to build an excellent reputation for food and hospitality
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Cook
- Experience in a pub, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Passion for producing quality food
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
