Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. To carry out a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across different trades, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. A multi skilled tradesman who is able to drive to undertake making good/ reactive maintenance works in either a team in central London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work including framing, finishing, and repairs
- Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Carry out construction painting to specifications and safety standards
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
- Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes
- Assist with electrical installations and troubleshooting as required
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Fabricate components on-site or in the workshop as needed
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to minimise risks on-site
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards within construction environments
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team under supervision
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are desirable but not essential for all roles
