About the Role
As the HSQE Co-ordinator, you’ll support the team in maintaining a safe working environment, tracking quality and compliance, and ensuring our environmental practices meet regulatory standards. You’ll be involved in day-to-day coordination of records, documentation, audits, and supporting our operational teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Supporting the review and development of health and safety documentation
· Helping to schedule and track workplace inspections, audits, and training
· Assisting with the investigation and reporting of incidents and near misses
· Keeping HSQE records and registers up to date
· Learning how to apply health, safety, quality and environmental best practices on site
· Communicating key messages across the business and helping embed a strong safety culture
What We’re Looking For
· A genuine interest in health & safety, quality or environmental practices
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Willingness to learn and develop — full training will be provided
